Live Demo: LLC Health Twin

A reduced-order model runs beside a simulated LLC power stage. Move the operating point, inject a fault, and watch the twin detect it, name the component and size it.

Percent of full scale, after removing this unit's as-built offsets. A fault shows up here long before it is visible on the outputs.

The simulated device is Simthetic's nominal ROM of an LLC DC/DC stage with sensor noise. Fault effects on the outputs are measured in Simscape switching simulations. Diagnosis is available inside the envelope shown on the left; outside it the twin keeps predicting but does not diagnose. All models run on the server; this page only displays the results.
